Welcome to CMD - Careers Management Design, a student careers advice and support company founded by two brothers with a passion for guiding students towards successful careers. Liam's professional history

Liam completed his Bachelors of Arts Undergraduate degree in Geography with statistics from the university of Nottingham. During this time Liam engaged heavily with societies, peer mentoring, and 180 DC Nottingham. He joined the Geography Society and became the treasurer managing finances for the society, furthermore he took on roles as a peer mentor and IT support tutor during his studies. Liam's involvement within 180 DC shaped his motivations to pursue a career within consultancy starting as a consultant progressing through the roles. From consultant to assistant team lead then team lead and finally as a professional mentor (current title) where he will interact back with 180 DC Nottingham while in his graduate scheme.
Upon graduation of his undergraduate Liam progressed onto an Mres in satellite science, you will be able to find more about this on the 'Our Work' section above shortly. During this course Liam worked as an ambassador for the Wiser Academy 2023/24 assisting 9 large UK employers with promotion and recruitment. Moreover, after a recommendation from a prior UON professor Liam worked as a Geographical information's systems analyst creating multiple GIS assets to help with campus and local security.
Upon graduation of his Master's Liam will be starting his graduate scheme with a top London Engineering Consultancy firm.

Paul's professional history

Paul is currently completing his Bachelors of Science Undergraduate degree in Politics Philosophy, and Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London. He is currently in his final year focusing on financial economics modules alongside a dissertation investigating the Japanese economy in the 90s.
During his degree Paul worked as an ambassador for the Wiser Academy 2023/24 and has extended his contract for another year working with a total of 13 large UK employers across the 2 years. Furthermore, he engaged with the URNU completing training nights and travelling on behalf of the URNU.
He extended his promotional and sales services by working with Axiom Tutoring as a Ambassador Lead helping a team of other students promote the services that Axiom provides.
